Michelle’s early and extensive experience as Program Director for a residential summer camp was a precursor to her career interest in Human Resources. “As I look back, recruiting, training and managing staff, creating solid 24X7 programming for campers and communicating with parents — and actually enjoying it – helped me realize I had the disposition and multi-tasking skills so important in HR.”
